Fetta Cheese and Melon salad.

Mixed salads leaves

Diced cucumber

Cherry tomatoes

Hand full of parsley

Hand full of mixed chives

Water melon

Fetta cheese

 

Preparation Method

Chop all the ingredients up in to a big container with a lid, cutting everything into squares even the Fetta and the melon, shake it well in the container and leave in the fridge for 3 hours before serving.

Yummy my Favourite, I keep it in the fridge and pick at it when I am Hungary. I Also add a meat to it for tea when I haven’t got time to cook.
