You are looking for one to one sessions to build your confidence before joining a class or going it alone.
You know you need an instructor to show you the best exercises to do safely and effectively and to give you nutritional advice and support.
How can our personal training sessions help you?
Our one to one sessions are programmed specifically for you and your goals. Any special requirements will be taken into consideration so that you get the most out of your sessions.
We can train you in the convenience of your home or local park or you can come to us in Fareham.
All the planning and preparation is done by us you just need commitment to turn up and do the physical work.
Alongside your training plan we can help guide you with your nutrition so you can get the desired results in as short a time as possible.
