We currently run indoor classes in Fareham from September to April and outdoors May to end July.

Where you are at

You know you should be doing something about your health and fitness but are struggling to motivate yourself or find something that you enjoy. You don’t really know where to start doing something about it. You find gyms intimidating and want to be surrounded by like-minded and like bodied individuals with the same fitness struggles as yourself.

The problems you are facing right now

Your day to day activities involve predominately sitting and a lot of inactivity. Your stress levels are high but don’t know the best way to release tension and pent up frustrations. You feel breathless just walking up the stairs and lack the endurance to do simple day to day tasks. Energy levels are low and you may be carrying extra weight that you know if shifted would help you feel better all round.

What you need help with right now

You need to build exercise into your routine which will allow you to start feeling fitter and stronger, healthier and happier. You need something that will help relieve stress whilst improving stamina and torching calories. You can’t find the time during the week to exercise but could possibly fit something in at the weekends. If there was a class that could teach you a new skill whilst getting fit it would help you to stay motivated and more likely to stick with it.

How can our Boxercise classes help you?

Our classes generally do not exceed 12 participants so you can get the support and attention from the instructor whilst feeling part of a team. The Boxercise is run in 6 week blocks and sessions tend to be a mix of learning and practising techniques followed by drills to get your heart rate and calorie expenditure high. No two sessions are ever the same to keep your body and mind challenged and boredom at bay so you can actually stick to something that works. If you like to workout to music then our Group Sparring element of boxing to the beat is a fun and sweaty workout.

All equipment is provided, although you are welcome to bring your own gloves, all you need to bring is a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated and lots of enthusiasm!
