Q What type of people come to your classes?

A We are an all-inclusive bootcamp and offer our services to men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness level. Our youngest member is 22 and our oldest is 68!

Q Do I need to be fit to keep up in the classes?

A No, most of our new joiners come to us with a very low level of fitness. There is no expectation for you to be able to keep up with other members of the group and alternative exercises can be provided until you master the basics or are fit/strong enough to progress.

Q Where do classes take place?

A Our bootcamps are all held outdoors in recreation grounds at Gosport, Fareham and Portchester. In the summer we head down to Stokes Bay for our Gosport sessions.

Q What if it’s raining?

A We train whatever the weather. Once you get warmed up you won’t even notice the rain. We only cancel in extreme conditions such as ice and heavy snow.

Q What type of person do I need to be to make this work?

A You need to be committed to attending sessions regularly and working as hard as you are able to in each one.

Q What results can I expect?

A People who have trained with us regularly have found that they feel much fitter, stronger, have more confidence in their abilities and have an overall improved feeling of wellbeing. Some have lost weight through a combination of bootcamp and healthy eating. We can help and support you with whatever goal it is that you want to achieve.

Q Is it going to be really hard?

A It can be as hard as you want to make it. The instructor is there to give you a safe and effective workout and to encourage and challenge you. Ultimately though it’s up to you to decide how much effort you want to put in.

Q I work shifts so can’t commit to attending sessions on the same day each week, is there a way around this?

A Yes. Our memberships allow you to attend any session in the week at any location so if you can’t make your usual one you can go to another instead. As well as monthly memberships we offer block bookings of 6 or 12 sessions which can be used like Pay as You Go.
