Salsa Verde
1 bunch fresh mint
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
1 lemon
2 anchovy fillets
2 tsp capers
1 clove garlic
Coconut oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tblsp white wine vinegar
Fresh Tuna Steak
Preparation method
Add all the Salsa Verde ingredients to a blender, mix until smooth add 2 tablespoons water.
Season the Tuna and cook on a griddle
Make a salad of your choice, add the griddled tuna and dress with Salsa Verde.
