Here are my top tips for you to find time for that workout.
1. Workout at home. All you need is a little space in the living room, or even the garden on dry day. You don’t need fancy equipment either, you can get a great workout just using your own body weight.
2. Workout before work. Just getting out of bed 20 minutes earlier to exercise means that it is done and out of the way for the rest of the day.
3. Make exercise appointments with yourself. Grab your diary and block out 20 minute slots in your diary 3-4 times per week.
4. Do HIIT Training – High Intensity training is the most efficient way to burn calories as you carry on burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout.
