Ingredients

100g butter organic or grass feed is best

200g chopped dates

175g gluten free flour

1tsp baking powder

3 medium eggs

2 tbsp almond milk

rind of 1 lemon

 

Method

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl and pour into a greased and lined loaf/ round tin. Bake 30minutes at 180c until springy to touch. Poke some holes. Pour juice of the lemon on the top. Leave cool in tin.
