Where do I start? Seven years ago I set up BuggyBlast Bootcamp, being one of the first in Hampshire to offer a safe and effective workout for mums wanting to get back into exercise but not have to worry about childcare. I grew from one location to 25 different locations offering BuggyBlast Bootcamp child care centres, from the north to the south of Hampshire, and as far out as Liss and stretching to the other end of Winchester. I remember the days when I would teach sessions back to back. I hardly had time to eat, drink, or even think. The demand was BIG for this style of session.

This led me to take on a couple of different people to help me cover all these sessions. They were friends of mine who had all the relevant qualifications, the sessions were booming and the women were loving them, even some of the older children loved coming along to join in. Everybody was raving about this style of exercise class that I had created and offered to the children’s centre who I worked closely with to offer an affordable service for mums on maternity.

Over the years, funding started to get pulled from a number of centres and the sessions started to dwindle down. Then once the children’s centres changed from council-run to the private sector, I was forced to offer the sessions out in the community. I wasn’t going to stop there.

I kept the locations running that were close for me and within a couple of miles radius of each other so the ladies could attend more than one location per week if they wished. It seemed logical to keep them in line with all my evening outdoor Bootcamps for men and women.

And still to this day, we have a little community of mums attending. Lots even return after their second and third child.

I have served so many ladies in my time taking BuggyBlast, in fact over 2000 to be precise. But it is now time for me to say goodbye and hand this unique concept over to a lady that I know will grow this service for you – offering more locations and an enhanced service.

Danielle is a mum herself, and has some great ideas on how to take the business forward and offer new exercise and lifestyle concepts for you all.

I want to thank every single one of you who have attended my session – whether it be long term or short term, your support is what kept the continuation of the session going and I wish you the best of luck in your future.

Danielle will be taking over BuggyBlast Bootcamp LTD as from 8th September, but I will be about to help her out as and when I am required to cover any holiday cover. I will still be about as I plan to go back to college during the day to further my education in health and fitness classes. All my evening classes will remain the same.

I will hand it over to Danni now to introduce herself and I also know she is excited to mention a few new options she has in mind.

Hello Ladies! I just wanted to introduce myself to you all I am Danielle and mummy to Eve who is now 4 months old and I love every minute of her! I am a qualified fitness instructor and qualified in Sports Massage Therapy. In the past I have competed in Triathlons and a Bodybuilding show. This has given me a lot of knowledge on Nutrition. It seems a long journey when you first start, but once you get your mind set you can achieve anything! This is why I am looking forward to taking on the Buggy Blast Boot Camp as it’s my passion to help women achieve their goals in a fun way using different exercise techniques and equipment to lose weight, or tone up.

The other plus point is getting to interact with other mummies too! I am really looking forward to meeting you all! x

As special introductory offer I would like to offer my ladies  £3 pay as you go all through September and October.
