Ingredients
1lb cooking apples
Handful of chopped dried apricots
Handful of dried cranberries
TSP cinnamon
Crumble Topping
6oz ground almonds
2oz Oats
3 oz Coconut Oil
2tsp Cinnamon
Handful of flaked almonds
Method
peel & chop apples, out apples in a suitable dish, add chopped dried fruit & cinnamon into a food processor combine all toppings ingredients. (except flaked almonds) & blitz until it looks like fine breadcrumbs.
Spread toppings over fruit, bake at 170 for about 40-45mins sprinkle with flaked almonds for another 5minutes serve with some natural yogurt.
