Beginners Bootcamp

Are you or do you know somebody who is unhappy with their current level of fitness or body shape and wants to do something about it but isn't confident enough to join your average mainstream fitness class?

Well following the success of last year's beginners bootcamp course I will be running these again in Fareham and Gosport for 6 weeks at the start of May.

This course is designed as an introduction to our bootcamps, teaching the most common bodyweight and equipment based exercises used in our sessions and incorporating them into a full body workout.

Groups are limited to 10 in number so that individuals can receive personal attention to ensure they are working safely and effectively.

Sessions will run on:

Tuesdays at Bath Lane Recreation Ground, Fareham 7:30pm
Wednesdays at Stokes Bay, Gosport (by the lifeboat station) at 6:30pm

The first session at Fareham will be on Tuesday 30th April and at Gosport on Wednesday 1st May.

The course fee is £30 for 6 sessions and includes a weekly challenge for participants to do at home and access to our private Facebook group as well as the opportunity to ask for any advice related to health and fitness.
