Boxer Blast
BoxerBlast Boot Camps will take place from Tuesday 10thJanuary from 8pm- 9pm at Unit 2, Cooperage Green, Weevil Lane, Gosport, PO12 1FY.
Sessions are additional to our existing Boot camp sessions and will be on a pay as you go basis at £4.50 per session.
The sessions consists of pad and glove work, Boxing Bags, circuit stations and much more to help you get into shape and improve your fitness.
As the sessions will be held within a Thai boxing gym, can I ask all that are taking part to make sure that no outdoor shoes are warn, and all trainers are clean before coming on to the matted area.
