Body Blast Boot Camp is a well designed outdoor fitness programme for groups of no more than 30 people men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The sessions are structured to suit everyone’s capabilities and fitness levels. Every participant is given full encouragement to do their best so that they can achieve their full potential.
All our sessions have been designed in the way so that you not only enjoy yourself but challenge yourself in a way you never thought possible. One of the reasons why we only accept no more than 30 people per session is to keep the group close-knit and to form a team bond for you to get full satisfaction and make your workout effective.
