A 30min High-intensity interval training is incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, it helps you give maximum intensity while still maintaining your exercise form. The magic of this type of training is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave.

Boot Camp

Body Blast Boot Camp is a well designed outdoor fitness programme for groups of no more than 30 people men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The sessions are structured to suit everyone’s capabilities and fitness levels. Every participant is given full encouragement to do their best so that they can achieve their full potential.

All our sessions have been designed in the way so that you not only enjoy yourself but challenge yourself in a way you never thought possible. One of the reasons why we only accept no more than 30 people per session is to keep the group close-knit and to form a team bond for you to get full satisfaction and make your workout effective. We have Locations in Gosport and Fareham please see our outdoor Bootcamp section for meeting points.

Mum Camp

Mumcamp is designed specifically for post-natal Mums who want to feel fitter and healthier after having a baby. These classes are perfect for those Mums who want to do something for themselves and not have to worry about childcare as your baby or toddler can come along too. Exercises will help strengthen, tighten and tone and improve your fitness so you can keep up with the day to day physical demands that looking after a child brings. Our monthly subscription also includes access to our evening bootcamp sessions for times when you can’t make your usual daytime class.  Current classes are held at Privett Park Gosport and Portchester Castle, Portchester.
