Sessions start at 7:15pm on Monday and Wednesday and are run at Peel Park
Come and join us at Peel Park for 45 minutes of fun and fat busting exercise twice a week.
How to find us
Please meet up in the Peel Park Car Park at least 5 minutes before the session starts. We will then walk down to the recreation ground at the start of the session
