You are working harder due to the natural, uneven surfaces you’ll encounter (which also helps boost your balance and core strength). BodyBlast BootCamp is a well-designed outdoor fitness programme for men and women of all ages and all shapes and sizes. Sessions are structured to suit everyone’s capabilities and fitness levels with each participant encouraged to push themselves in order to achieve their full potential.
Sessions are designed in the way so that you not only enjoy yourself but you also challenge yourself in ways that you never thought possible. Each session is different so you will never get bored of the exercises. We will push you as hard as you want, quite simply, you will get out as much as you put into the sessions.
We try and ensure that each bootcamp only has approximately 20 attendees in order to form a close knit supportive group which is based on team spirit and leads to satisfying and effective workout.
