Ingredients
- 200g Porridge oats
- 50g brown sugar
- Half block butter
- 50g cranberries
- 50 g Almond Flakes
- 50g Mixed seeds
- 50g desiccated coco nut
- 50g of white and dark chocolate drops
- Organic Honey
Method
1, Pre heat the oven 190c/375f/gas mark 6
2, Place the butter and sugar in a bowl mix together until creamy
3, Add the porridge oats
4, stir in the honey
5, Add in all the mixture of nuts, coconut, cranberries, chocolate bits ect
6 Add more honey if you need to bind it together
7, You can either make a big flap jack in a cake tin or pop the mix into little cup cakes to make buns
8, Bake for 15-20mins
9, Take out the oven and leave to cool right down before cutting into it or eating it let the flap jack go hard.
