I've been working as a personal trainer and sports
massage therapist for 4 years after gaining my BSc in
science and management of exercise and health through
the University of Surrey.
I work with a range of clients varying in ages,
fitness abilities and goals. It is important to
me that everyone I work with enjoys, and most importantly,
is successful with their sessions. Exercising safely
& appropriately to an individual's fitness requirements
and postural needs is of the up most importance
when I am training a client, what ever the session
may entail.
As a sports massage therapist I also work alongside
a physio team and work with clients with either
sport specific injuries or general muscular tightness.
This has developed my knowledge in the field of
injuries and rehabilitation giving me a greater
ability to train and treat people safely and effectively.
As a trainer I strive to ensure everyone I work
with achieves their fitness goals. I see great results
by working with people not just on their fitness
alone but also their nutrition and general lifestyle
habits. My aim is to create a lifestyle change not
just a quick fix.
