Being active from day one as I took my first breath, playing all sorts of sports and doing all sorts of activities before starting primary school, life took its merry little way turning me towards doing something physical with my life, from playing basketball to a high standard from the age of 5 to passing my 5 meter swim test.

At the age of 18 I joined the Royal Navy as a Radar Operator but soon realised being kept in a dark room and watching little orange blips on a screen wasn't for me, so I did an Physical Training Aptitude, passed and went on a 7 month long course which gave me qualifications within a variety of fields.

My most memorable moment of my Naval career was being asked to be a Number One instructor at the Royal Navy Physical Training School, HMS TEMERAIRE taking 14 Naval Rating of all sorts of skills and jobs and teaching them to become Physical Trainers and Leaders of Men and Women.

So as you can see I am a versatile Physical Trainer with a vast amount of experience within all fields and aspects of my job, and this has also given me the inspiration and motivation to train and compete in the Mr South East Bodybuilding Competition in April 2011.
